Terms of Use
Effective July 10, 2026. Using the RobinWay app or this website means you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past, and they say plainly what RobinWay is and is not.
What RobinWay is
RobinWay is a navigation planning tool, operated from Arizona, United States. Before a drive, it checks candidate routes for the places and sights you asked it to watch, and during a drive it provides turn-by-turn navigation with heads-up notices about those places. It offers information to help a caregiver choose a route.
What RobinWay is not
RobinWay is not a medical device, a therapy, or a treatment for any condition, and it makes no clinical claims. It is also not a promise about how any drive will go. It informs your judgment; it never replaces it. You remain responsible for your driving, your route choices, and compliance with all traffic laws, and you should never operate the app while your vehicle is moving.
Honest limits of a scan
Scans read open map data and road-facing imagery, and both can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. Places open, close, move, and change their signs. RobinWay may flag something harmless and it may miss something real. Where it could not check, it says so and treats the gap as something to watch, but an honest “couldn’t check” is still not a guarantee. You accept that scan results are best-effort information, not assurances.
Early testing
While RobinWay is in early testing, features may change, break, or disappear between builds, and the service may be interrupted without notice. Test builds are provided so families can help us get it right, not as a finished product.
Subscriptions
If and when RobinWay sells subscriptions, they are billed through your Apple account. Pricing is shown before you buy, renewal and cancellation are managed in your App Store settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We never see your payment details.
Using the service fairly
RobinWay is for personal, family use. You agree not to abuse the service: no reselling it, scraping it, probing or disrupting its servers, reverse engineering the app beyond what the law allows, or using it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.
Your content and ours
Your watch list, pins, and notes are yours. The RobinWay name, mark, app, and website content are ours, and these terms give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app, not ownership of it.
Liability, in plain words
RobinWay is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or ten dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow parts of this limitation, so parts may not apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date. If a change matters, we will say so plainly. You can stop using RobinWay at any time, and deleting the app removes what it stored on your phone.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about them: support@robinway.app.
