Most apps ask you to trust them with what they collect. RobinWay’s promise is simpler. It collects as little as we can manage, and the most sensitive things never leave your phone.
We don’t know your child’s name
Or their age, or their diagnosis, or anything else about them as a person. The app never asks. RobinWay knows the places your family avoids, never who it avoids them for. There is no child profile to protect because there is no child profile at all.
Your list is treated like medical records
It isn’t one, and RobinWay is a planning tool, not a medical product. But a list like yours says private things about a family, so it gets the strictest handling we know: encrypted on your phone, encrypted in transit, never sold, never shared, never used for ads.
Your drives are never stored
Navigation happens on your phone. Where your family actually drove is never uploaded, never saved, and never part of any history. When a scan needs our servers, they see the route for the moment it takes to check it, then let it go. We don’t log where you’re headed, and there is no record of where you’ve been.
Your list is never pooled
No community data, no “families near you avoid this place,” no shared map built from what caregivers flag. If we ever build sharing of any kind, it will be off by default and yours to switch on.
Deleting means deleting
Delete your account and your list, your pins, and your scan history go with it. Not archived, not anonymized and kept. Gone.
What RobinWay does need
Three things: the places you flag, the destination you’re checking when you plan a drive, and your location during a drive so turn-by-turn works. That’s the whole list, and each one is used for the drive in front of you, not collected for later.
