The route no map would suggest

Robin is a mom raising four autistic children. When she drives, she works from a map that lives nowhere but in her head. Certain stores, certain corners, certain places her kids love so much that passing them is the hard part. Her family has a word for those places: triggers.

The everyday drives are a solved problem, because Robin solved them. One drive at a time, she found the ways around, and she pays for them gladly in minutes. Her regular route cuts through a forest. No app has ever suggested it, because no app has ever understood what she’s routing around.

The drives she couldn’t plan

New places were the gap. A first drive to a friend’s house meant twenty minutes of unfamiliar roads, past places she had no way to account for. She could study the map before leaving and still be caught out halfway there. All the knowledge that made the usual routes calm didn’t exist yet for the new ones.

The wish

Robin’s wish arrived almost fully formed in that first thread. An app that could take her list of triggers, check the drive before she left the house, warn her about what was ahead, and route around it. An app willing, when it mattered, to take her miles out of the way for a longer but smoother ride.

So we built it

RobinWay is that wish, built plainly. You flag the places that matter for your family. Before you drive somewhere new, RobinWay checks every route for them, shows you what it found, and points you to the calmest way there. And where it couldn’t check, it says so. It never dresses up a guess as an all-clear, because the whole point is knowing before you go.

It won’t promise a drive with no surprises. Nothing can. It promises fewer, and it promises honesty about the difference.
