FAQ

Fair questions.

Straight answers about what RobinWay is, what it isn’t, and what it promises.

Is RobinWay a medical app?

No. RobinWay is a navigation and planning tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or make any health claims. It checks a drive for the places you’ve flagged and helps you choose a route, the way any maps app helps you avoid traffic.

Does it guarantee a calm drive?

No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. RobinWay promises fewer surprises, not none. It checks what it can, tells you plainly what it couldn’t, and leaves the route your call.

How does it know which places to avoid?

You tell it. You build your family’s list: specific places, whole brands, or kinds of places. When you plan a drive, RobinWay checks every route against that list. It never guesses at what your family avoids.

Will it work for our family?

Every family’s map is different, and that’s the point. RobinWay doesn’t come with anyone else’s idea of what matters. If you know the places, it can watch for them.

Will my child hear what it’s doing?

Voice guidance is deliberately discreet. Through the car speakers it only says where to turn, never why. The details stay on the screen, for you.

What do you know about our family?

Almost nothing, on purpose. We never ask your child’s name, we don’t store your drives, and your list is never shared or pooled.
